ABOUT CHRIS DILLMAN
Chris Dillman has been an integral part of Columbus’ wine scene since 2003. In that time, he pioneered the city’s first Wine and Craft Cocktail Bar and spent over two decades refining his expertise at the Refectory, a renowned establishment in culinary circles.
Dillman’s dedication to his craft is evident in his accomplishments, including achieving the Advanced level of the Court of Master Sommeliers and earning the title of Certified Specialist in Wine, along with reaching level 3 of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. He has also been honored twice with wins at the Great Lakes Top|Somm competition, earning national recognition.
Known for his genuine passion for wine education, Dillman shares his knowledge without any airs of pretension. His down-to-earth approach to teaching reflects his deep love for the world of wine, enriching the experiences of those eager to learn from him.
