Valdeon Cheese from Spain is a dense blue cheese that is slightly salty and spicy with a sweet finish.
Gulp Hablo is a Spanish orange wine blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc. The orange color comes from the biodynamic grapes fermented with the skin on. It has aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit with moderately tannic dried citrus peels, tea and preserved apricots on the yeasty and textures palate. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with low sulfites.
Your new favorite pepper: Corn di Toro peppers from Three Creeks are locally grown, organic, and packed with sweet, fresh flavor. They are perfect for grilling, roasting, stuffing, or slicing.
Corvina is a mild-tasting saltwater fish, wild-caught in the U.S.A. The flavor is mild and slightly sweet with a clean, low-intensity finish and a firm, thick texture that has large flakes.
