Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
Thursday, April 30
Arrive in Charleston and settle into The Dewberry, a five-star boutique hotel in the heart of the historic district and recently named Virtuoso’s 2025 Best Independent Hotel in the World.
In the evening, gather with fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner at one of Charleston’s most celebrated restaurants. A James Beard Finalist chef curates a multi-course menu paired with wines that set the tone for the days ahead: elevated, local, and unforgettable.
Day 2: Harvest to Cocktail Hour
Friday, May 1
Take a behind-the-scenes look at Charleston’s seafood heritage with a private oyster farm tour and wine-paired lunch. Learn how sustainability and craft intersect – from the oyster nursery all the way to Littleton’s seafood case.
Sharpen your palate and your pour in a private mixology class led by award-winning experts. Explore the art of the perfect cocktail – from timeless classics to bourbon-forward innovations – in an intimate, hands-on experience.
Enjoy open time for exploring Charleston’s shops, art galleries, or rooftop bars. Optional group dining will be available for those who wish to gather.
Day 3: Golden Hour
Saturday, May 2
Spend the day at your own pace. Wander through historic home tours, visit local markets, or relax with curated recommendations from your advisors.
Step aboard a private harbor cruise hosted by one of the country’s most exclusive yacht clubs. As the sun dips below the skyline, enjoy champagne and seasonal bites during an elevated golden-hour sail. Dinner afterward is at leisure, with optional group reservations available.
Day 4: Coastal Indulgence
Sunday, May 3
Gather for a quintessential Charleston brunch featuring a modern take on classic seafood dishes, raw bar offerings, and bubbles — all led by a James Beard Award–winning chef at one of the city’s most beloved neighborhood restaurants.
Spend the afternoon on Sullivan’s Island, Charleston’s chic beach community known for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, historic homes, and sweeping ocean views. Stroll, bike, or simply unwind on the sand.
Close the trip with a Chef’s Table Farewell Dinner, an intimate multi-course experience crafted by the Executive Chef of a Charleston favorite. Celebrate the connections made — over food, wine, and a shared love of discovery.
Day 5: Farewell
Monday, May 4
Request a private airport transfer for your departure, or work with your dedicated Fora Travel advisor to extend your stay. Continue exploring Charleston’s culinary and cultural treasures at your own pace.
