Join us for a pasta-making masterclass with our head Pasta Chef, Shaina Rubenstein. Guests will learn about the process of making two different types of pasta dough and get hands-on experience working the dough and shaping it in several traditional ways. The class is followed by a chef-prepared pasta dinner with a selection of house-made sauces.
