grouper ceviche

  • 1 lb. Grouper, diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1 TBSP cilantro, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
Total Cook Time- 10 minutes

Yield- 8 servings

  1. Place the diced fish in a bowl and cover with ¾ of the lime juice. Toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. When ready to proceed, strain off the lime juice. ​
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the red onion, jalapeno and remaining lime juice. Stir in the fish and cilantro. ​
  3. Salt to taste.​
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
