The extraordinary quality products from the butcher, seafood, and produce departments will provide the raw material for the dishes available in the restaurant and for the housemade fresh and pantry provisions offerings.

·Hoisin roasted portabellas, with brown rice and pickled vegetable slaw (V/GF)
