The extraordinary quality products from the butcher, seafood, and produce departments will provide the raw material for the dishes available in the restaurant and for the housemade fresh and pantry provisions offerings.
Some mornings call for a house-made biscuit. Ours comes stacked with baked egg and cheddar (plus you can add sausage or bacon) on a buttermilk biscuit, served with a simple salad on the side.
