cheese & charcuterie masterclass- make your own charcuterie board

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Join us on May 15th from 5:30-6:30 and learn how to build your very own charcuterie board! We will teach you how to build a charcuterie board that is both delicious and beautiful! In this one-hour class, you will learn whether to cut your cheese in wedges or cubes, make the perfect salami rose, and place your various cheeses in colorful, edible rivers, hills, and stacks. The best part of this class: you create and take home your charcuterie masterpiece! After the class, we invite you to join us for cocktails or dinner in our newly renovated restaurant!
